Australian Commercial Radio Awards live event cancelled

Commercial Radio Australia announced today that the live Australian Commercial Radio Awards event (the ACRAs), to recognise work across 2020 and 2021, will not proceed as planned on 13 February 2022.

The winners of the ACRAs will now be announced in December and will be posted to the event website www.acras.com.au.

The decision was made by the CRA Board at its meeting on 28 October. The Board took into consideration the impact of possible state lockdowns and, subsequently, the potential absence of many industry nominees and stakeholders.
